Seminarians visit parishes for World Day of Prayer for Vocations

Yesterday was the 4th Sunday of Easter, "Good Shepherd Sunday", traditionally the World Day of Prayer for Vocations within the Church.  To mark the occasion our six Diocesan Seminarians returned to the Diocese to speak about Vocation at Masses throughout the Diocese.

Deacon Michael, Daniel, Robert, Jonathan, Nick and Laurence shared their stories and why they chose Cardiff to serve within the Church.  They also made an appeal on behalf of the Priest's Training Fun and answered the questions of parishioners.  Each of the seminarians remarked on the positive experiences they had during this past weekend.

The need for new good and holy Vocations to the priesthood and religious/consecrated life in the Diocese is great.  Please continue to pray for Vocations daily.  Ask the Lord of the harvest to send labourers into the harvest.

If you would like to contribute to the Priest's Training Fund and are not located within the Diocese, please contact the Finance Office on (029) 20 220 411 or email finance@rcadc.org
